The following are dosing recommendations only. Please read the linked materials to ensure best results for your desired use of QAL.
For digestive and urinary system support: 1-2 ml up to 3x per day.
Fertility enhancement - Take 1/2-2mL before ovulation and cease taking before ovulation. Alternatively take every day for 1-3 months to enhance fertility before attempting to conceive.
For implantation prevention (contraception) - Robin Rose Bennett recommends taking 3 doses of 1/2-2 mL of tincture, the first dose within 8-12 hours after intercourse where pregnancy is a risk, and then repeating that dosage twice more every 8-12 hours, within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 72 hours. A 2011 study found that 15-30 drops of QAL taken 8 hours after intercourse, every 8 hours, for 24 hours had a 95% contraceptive success rate (the 5% who became pregnant did not follow the protocol accurately).

Avoid consuming Queen Anne’s Lace if you’re wanting to become pregnant. Progesterone is an important hormone for the female cycle and broader physiologic wellbeing and therefore QAL is not recommended as a daily-use contraceptive. Part of the potency of this medicine is how it is used in relation and reverence to your cycle.
